  • Skeletal Muscle: When we talk about muscles, it’s actually the skeletal muscles. This muscle shows how strong you are and your body. These skeletal muscles sometimes are called striated muscles. The skeletal muscles are sometimes called voluntary muscle that means you can control it. Your legs cannot bend until and unless you can bend them. These muscles can help to make up the musculoskeletal system the musculoskeletal system are the combination of your muscles and your skeleton, or bones. The skeletal muscles work with your bones to give your body power and strength. A skeletal muscle is attached to one end of a bone.
